Regenta formed in 2013 and is wholly owned by SiteSales Property Group, a property specialist with over 25 years of experience and 60 staff, whose reputation is renowned throughout the industry. 
Our people are experienced in all departments, providing Regenta with the best knowledge and advice, in all aspects of both development and sales of new homes.



Not only do we construct attractive new homes, but we also ensure our staff are up to speed with the whole process - from acquiring the land to ultimately handing over keys to the buyer. We believe this awareness and experience is an essential part of the service we offer our clients.

Our People

Murray founded SiteSales Property Group, the parent company of Regenta Development in 1989 and has taken the business from 3 members of staff to just over 60 across a 28 year span. Murray is a keen golfer, Chelsea season ticket holder and painter.

Ross is Development Director for Regenta and has worked at SiteSales Property Group for over 10 years and has occupied a number of different roles within the business. Starting out in marketing, he now oversees land acquisition, design and specification and Joint Venture partnerships.

Craig holds the position of Assistant Director heading up the Business Development efforts of the company. Craig and his team are responsible for business growth through the promotion and development of our wide range of services. Working closely with all departments to manage new business opportunities, Craig also leads on our Communications and PR strategy.

Ria holds the position of Associate Director and looks after special projects and partnerships. Ria has been at SiteSales Property Group for over 9 years and Regenta for the past 6 years working alongside a large number of Local Authorities, Registered Providers, Private Developers and Charities on some of London's key new build developments.

Marshall has worked at SiteSales and Regenta for 9 years and is our Development Information Manager. In charge for all data capture including sales performance and lead management, Marshall provides a range of services to both clients and internal stakeholders alike. Creating and producing detailed reports and forecasting, Marshall is a key member of the management team.

Kris has been working in the industry for over 35 years and brings an invaluable amount of experience to the team. Securing land purchases is never an easy task as the market becomes increasingly competitive, however Kris' attention to detail and comprehensive network of contacts allows Regenta the best opportunity to buy sites. Kris is passionate about fitness and is an excellent cyclist.

Alex holds the position of Development Manager. Alex manages the planning, design and construction elements of all Regenta schemes from post-acquisition through to completion. This includes assisting in the appointment and leadership of multi-disciplined design teams and allocating/supervising their deliverables. Alex has recently completed further study with a RICS qualification in Project Management and is currently working towards his full RICS accreditation.

Francesca is our Senior Sales Manager looking after developments in the North Thames and Home Counties regions. She has over 20 years of experience within the property industry and a wealth of knowledge within the new build sector, from pricing and appraisals to selling off plan schemes from 10 – 1000 units.

We believe that a true understanding of residential development can only come through managing the entire process, from taking a piece of undeveloped land to handing over the keys to the new home owner.



Every project is unique and each one adds to our knowledge base. The business’ key objectives are superior design, high quality construction and attractive architecture. All the homes we build are well thought-out, with a strong focus on the end result for the consumer. It is the build quality and large living spaces, complemented by a high specification throughout, that really sets our properties apart from the competition.
The organisation has experienced personnel in all departments who provide Regenta with access to the best knowledge and advice, in all aspects of both the construction and the sales of new homes. Regenta continue to generate a healthy pipeline of projects, now approaching one hundred units (to be delivered by 2020) with the acquisitions team continually looking for new development opportunities.
